Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our store team in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will deliver fast, friendly service, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment in line with our policies and top priorities.

Role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, plus participation in training as needed. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork will be essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• The Customer Service Representative must be available to work a variety of shifts including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
• The CSR may and be expected to periodically participate in company sponsored training classes related to his/her job.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• All teammates are required to be cross-trained and proficient in performing all retail and food service responsibilities.
• Perform all assigned tasks to keep the work environment safe and report any accidents or hazards.
• Provide all customers with fast, friendly and accurate service and report any customer-related issues to management.
• Keep an organized work area and clean sales floor and restrooms.
• Ensure exterior cleanliness of building and forecourt.
• Protect company assets including cash and inventory and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow policies and regulations for age-restricted sales with proper ID checks.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, food service and administrative requirements.
• Set a positive tone and follow communication guidelines; assist with self-checkout if applicable.
• Maintain store operations flow and support cross-functional tasks as needed.
