The Spinx Company in South Carolina seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our store team. You will greet customers, process transactions, and help maintain a welcoming environment while upholding all company policies and safety standards.

This role requires flexibility for varied shifts, attention to detail in cash handling, stock and cleanliness, and teamwork to support daily operations. Prior retail experience is helpful, and you will be cross-trained across store functions.

Qualifications

• Must be available for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Cross-trained for retail and food service.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and sales floor.
• Proficient in cash handling and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers.
• Ensure store safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean and restrooms presentable at all times.
• Follow age-restricted sale rules and verify IDs when required.
• Report safety concerns or incidents to management promptly.
