Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Las Cruces, NM. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with U-Haul products, using mobile tech to dispatch and return equipment, and helping move and hook up trucks and trailers.

The role includes inspecting equipment, educating customers, and handling rental invoices. Partner with a friendly team and participate in on-the-job education opportunities. Part-time hours available at our local center.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
