Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Midwest City, OK is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the face of our exceptional service, assisting customers and using U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.

The role involves loading/unloading, inspecting equipment, educating customers, and completing invoices. Training opportunities and certification support are provided, with part-time scheduling and an emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
