Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, using mobile technology to manage rentals and inventory, and help ensure smooth moves for our customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (minimum requirement).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide friendly service.
• May involve physical tasks and safety precautions in a retail/service environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and connect U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns from rental.
• Educate customers about products and services and answer questions.
• Participate in U-Haul University and ongoing training.
