Spring Dance Hot Tubs, part of Leslie's, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will schedule service appointments, process orders and payments, provide product support, and ensure satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Based in the Philadelphia region, you will work with technicians and sales staff to coordinate service needs and resolve inquiries with empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
