Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of its service team, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and returns.

You will use U-Scan tech and assist with fueling, hitch installation, and invoicing in a fast-paced environment. The role includes on-the-job training, two hands-on interviews with pay, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 completion bonus after certification.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment delivering friendly, helpful service.
• Basic computer/tech use for rentals and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring and assist with propane/forklift certifications.
