U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service at a retail store. You will assist customers, use U-Scan to dispatch and track rentals, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

The role involves inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing invoices, and participating in ongoing training through U-Haul University. This part-time position offers on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
