Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Morrow, GA to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals and equipment, both inside and outside the center. You will operate U-Scan technology to manage inventory and rentals, move and hook up trucks and trailers, and inspect equipment on the lot.

Training on propane and forklift operation is provided upon employment. The role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment return.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring (certification offered).
• Propane and forklift certification offered on employment.
