Bavarian Motor Repairs LLC in Capitol Heights, Maryland is seeking a Shop Facilitator / Customer Service Representative. You will greet clients, handle check-ins, and support service advisors in a clean, well-organized shop environment.

This full-time role offers a 4-day workweek, a salary of $30,000–$45,000 per year, and weekly direct deposit pay. No automotive experience is required, as training is provided to help you deliver a 5-star customer experience.

• Availability Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM

Responsabilités

• 5-Star Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phones, and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Vehicle Check-In: Photograph arriving vehicles using an iPad or smartphone and accurately document their condition.
• Vehicle Scanning: Use diagnostic scanning equipment to gather vehicle information. Full training provided.
• Test Drives: Safely operate and test-drive customer vehicles as needed.
• Team Support: Assist service advisors and technicians with daily tasks so they can remain focused and productive.
• Documentation: Upload photos, enter vehicle details, and ensure the team has accurate information upon vehicle arrival.
• Daily Operations: Take initiative, anticipate team and client needs, and help keep the shop running smoothly.
