Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.
• Friendly, confident communicator with a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers.
• Make outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update account information and maintain accurate records.
