GreenSeasons is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver top-notch service to residential and commercial clients. You will maintain a friendly demeanor, communicate clearly, and collaborate with account managers to assist clients effectively.

Your daily duties include contacting clients, scheduling appointments, managing calls, resolving client concerns, and acting as a liaison with Quality Production Managers. Work hours are 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and patient demeanor.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
