You will review transactions, assist with payments, and cross‑sell services in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication, basic data-entry skills, and a dependable full‑time schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some locations).
• Background check required as per policy.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Assist customers with payments and financial services when appropriate.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system accurately.
• Support in-store and community events and on-site activities.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure cleanliness to enhance experience.
