Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in Spanish with basic English.
• Detail oriented for reading, writing, and counting currency.
• Experience with cash handling and transaction balancing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process wires, cash checks, loans, and sell money orders, bill payments, and online sales.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and resolve inquiries.
• Count and balance cash drawers; verify balances in the system.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Maintain compliance with company, state, and federal policies.
• Record transactions and related information using company systems.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
