Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, hook up vehicles, inspect equipment, and educate customers about our products and services.

The position offers on-the-job education, opportunities for advancement, and bonuses upon completion of certifications and programs. Join a team that values helpful, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns of equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring (certification offered on employment).
• Fill propane and forklift certification offered on employment.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
