U-Haul International, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping people and delivering friendly, efficient support.

You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and product information while using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
