Job summary

Lowe’s in North Carolina is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate who welcomes customers and helps them find the right home improvement solutions.

You’ll work across departments as needed, handle merchandise, and ensure orders and deliveries are accurate. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience using a computer and basic arithmetic.
• Minimum 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
