Job summary

Lowe's in Suwanee, GA is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, assist with product selection, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will handle inquiries, locate merchandise, load and organize products, and process orders with accuracy while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing and sitting.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, piping, wood cutting).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
