Lowe's in Waycross, GA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will listen, answer questions, and ensure customers leave satisfied with their shopping experience.

Responsibilities include restocking, assisting across departments, processing orders, and supporting a friendly store environment. Basic computer use required; bilingual skills are a plus for our diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smart phones, tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise (coloring, cutting, grouping) based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
