Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, address questions, and help them locate and select home improvement products. You’ll work in a dynamic store setting, assisting across departments as needed and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shopping experience.

You’ll be part of a team that values bilingual skills and practical trade knowledge. The role supports growth within Lowe's and offers opportunities in a variety of departments and locations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• restock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
