Job summary

Lowe’s in Rochester, NY is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and deliver friendly service throughout the shopping journey. You'll engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure merchandise is organized and stocked to meet daily needs.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
