Lowe’s in Ridgeland, MS is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products for home improvement needs. You’ll spend much of your day assisting shoppers, stocking shelves, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience, with opportunities to learn across departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience with computers (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months experience with retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
