Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Ridgeland, MS. You will greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service throughout their shopping experience.

You’ll assist with locating merchandise, answer questions, and participate in stocking, checkout, and cross-training across departments to deliver top-notch service. As part of the Lowe's team, you may support multiple departments, receive training, and benefit from health insurance, tuition assistance, a 10%

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipes, nails, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
