Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, assisting customers and maintaining equipment. You will use U-Scan technology to dispatch rentals, inspect and move trucks, and provide helpful product guidance.

The role offers on-the-job training and opportunities to advance within a well-known, nationwide company. Valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required, with benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
