Job summary

U-Haul Co. of South Carolina in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with U-Haul products and services, both inside and outside a center.

You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, answer questions, and educate customers about offerings. Training through U-Haul University is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring as needed.
• Fill propane and forklift operations may require certification.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
