Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Peachtree City, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our team, assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan tech to manage rentals.

The role offers on-the-job education, two hands-on interviews paid, and a $100 hiring bonus plus a $300 cash bonus upon completion of certification through our program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Explain products and services and prepare rental invoices.
