Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service at the front end.
• Weigh mail, run meters, and process various mail types including certified and insured.
• Assist with Western Union orders and faxing for customers.
• Sell money orders and cash payroll, checks, and other services.
• Assist customers with license purchases and related transactions.
• Answer phones and use intercom with proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
