Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in person at the distribution center and by telephone to enter orders under automation system controls.
• Assist in pricing of quotes and orders under automation system controls.
• Balance daily invoice edits and audit open order reports weekly.
• Follow up on customer claims for credit and manage COD and open‑term accounts.
• Handle all incoming telephone calls for product and accounting matters.
