We seek a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact, processing orders accurately and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inquiries by phone and other channels, enter orders into our systems, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill requests on time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Data entry and computer proficiency required.
• Foodservice industry knowledge preferred.
• Professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal team members.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via telephone and other communication channels.
• Accurately enter order information into company systems and databases.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent service standards.
