Ben E. Keith is seeking a customer relations professional to manage direct interaction with customers, answer inquiries, and process orders in a fast-paced environment. The role requires knowledge of products, strong communication, and a helpful attitude toward customers and co-workers.

The successful candidate will handle will-call orders, keep accurate records, and support daily cash handling while maintaining exceptional service quality in a large food and beverage distribution company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience in a customer relations or call-center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter orders at the will call center in person, by phone, or computer.
• Maintain petty cash and balance daily cash box and vouchers.
• Record customer interactions and transactions with details of inquiries and actions taken.
• Handle a high volume of product inquiries and in-person orders.
• Proactively contact customers regarding orders and additional products.
