Job summary

Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers as part of a beloved brand that puts people first. The role includes food prep of breakfast items, sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, plus maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.

Responsibilities include operating the register, handling payments, activating fuel and gift cards, assisting with lottery and ID verification, stocking shelves, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well as keeping our coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.
