Job summary

Wawa, Inc is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet customers and serve them with a positive attitude. You will prepare breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.

The role also involves operating the register, processing payments, and assisting with fuel and gift cards. You will help ensure shelves are well-stocked and inviting, adhere to policies, and perform routine housekeeping to

Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers to ensure needs are met quickly and courteously.
Prepare food items (breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, beverages, pizzas) and keep coffee station clean.
Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines; perform housekeeping duties (dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
