Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will handle inquiries, locate items, stock shelves, and assist with checkout while adapting to department needs.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely fulfillment
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
