Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time pickup or delivery
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut materials)
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
