Job summary

U-Haul in Auburn, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our friendly team and provide exceptional service to customers on their journeys. You will inspect and maintain equipment, assist with rentals, and use up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned.
