U-Haul International, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative in Columbia, SC. You will be the face of our service team, assisting customers with rentals, products, and services while using U-Scan to track inventory and manage equipment.

The role offers hands-on training, safety guidance, and opportunities to advance within the company. A part-time schedule is typical, with benefits and eligibility for standard programs where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, with willingness to learn on the job.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operation training may be provided after employment.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
