Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Denver, CO. You will be the face of our service team, helping customers both inside and outside a U-Haul center while using U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities include moving and hooking up trucks, inspecting equipment, answering questions, and preparing invoices. Certifications for propane and forklift are offered on employment, with ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Explain products and services to customers.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul)
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul)
• Participate in U-Haul education via U-Haul University.
