Legendary Home Services in New Hope, MN is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You’ll answer inbound calls from homeowners, understand needs, build trust, and turn conversations into booked appointments.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role with $21–$24/hour base pay plus commission. As Minnesota’s go-to provider for home maintenance and improvement, Legendary supports Blue Ox Heating & Air, Paul Bunyan Plumbing & Drains, and EarlyBird Electric.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in call center or scheduling roles.
• Excellent phone communication, confident and professional.
• Able to connect with customers and secure appointments.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving and computer skills.
• Dependable, positive and motivated to perform.
• Comfortable with goals, coaching and measurable results.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls with confidence, empathy, and professionalism
• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's needs
• Build trust and guide customers toward booking an appointment
• Schedule HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drain, and sewer services
• Handle questions and objections while keeping conversations customer-focused
• Accurately document customer information and appointment details
• Work closely with dispatch and field teams to create a seamless customer experience
• Meet individual and team goals for booking, quality, and customer experience
• Use coaching and feedback to continuously improve
