Job summary

SpecialtyRx in Columbus, OH is seeking a Customer Service Pharmacy Technician to support LTC pharmacy operations. You will handle clarifications, calls, transfers, refills, and POD reporting, with schedules Monday–Friday plus every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
• Great telephone etiquette a must.
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Back-Up Pharmacy and Script Transfers
