Job summary

SpecialtyRx is seeking an Assisted Living Data Entry Technician (Administrative) to support pharmacy operations in a fast-paced setting. The role involves triaging urgent orders and emails, handling IV and house stock requests, and maintaining replenishment and audit forms.

Qualified candidates are registered technicians with Ohio board approval and national certification, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the OH Board of Pharmacy.
• Must be Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in pharmacy desired.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
• Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
• Quick typing skills.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.
• Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods.

Our Company: SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

• Triage and Address Urgent Orders and Emails.

Shift:

• 11am-7:30pm Monday- Friday and Every other Weekend.
• 12am-8:30pm Monday- Friday and Every other Weekend.
