Job summary

TMD Staffing is hiring Customer Service Agents in North Austin, Texas. This part-time role is ideal for students or stay-at-home parents seeking flexible hours, with a full-time option from 8-5, Monday to Friday.

Pay is $16.00 per hour (English) or $18.00 per hour for bilingual English/Spanish, with in-office work and potential for work-from-home after training. Responsibilities include assisting customers with online bill payments and navigating web-based applications.

Have you ever paid a bill online? You will be assisting others to make online payments for different billers. Patience is required as you will be working with those who may not be tech savvy or have issues making online payments.

Work Environment : In Office (COULD BE WFH WHEN TRAINED)

Job Description Employment Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous Customer Service and/or Call Center Experience (minimum 1 year)
• Proficient with working with web-based applications and Microsoft Office products
• Keyboarding, Data Entry and Computer Proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team Player, positive attitude, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Professional Voice Quality (English or English/ Spanish)* Dependent on voice skill needed for call coverage
