Job summary

Mygrant Glass in Oklahoma City is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, orders, and payments. You will support branch operations, assist with returns, and manage accounts with patience and care.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry and timely service in a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays on rotation. The position offers on-the-job training, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent telephone and people skills.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders for auto glass parts and process returns.
• Process daily cash, credit cards, and check deposits with accurate data entry.
• Assist with inventory and coordinate with warehouse operations.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person, providing information and assistance.
• Manage customer accounts and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain records of interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
