Job summary

Original Composites and Fibers is seeking a Customer Service Contractor to support order processing, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

This role provides administrative support, enters orders in SAP, tracks status, maintains records, and helps the team deliver professional, responsive service while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SAP CRM and TM experience desired in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI tools (CoPilot, SAP Joule) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and product availability.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate order information within company systems.
• Assist customers with basic order-related questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requests and order fulfillment.
• Follow established processes and standard work instructions.
• Engage and support TPM Office Pillar leading to increase efficiencies and waste elimination
