Job summary

Eastman is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (PE) in Kingsport, TN. You will handle order entry, invoicing, inquiries, and forecasting while collaborating with field sales and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and Excel proficiency, with SAP/Salesforce experience desirable. It is a provisional assignment up to 1,200 hours per year for up to 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; SAP and Salesforce experience desired.
• Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, able to multi-task in a dynamic business environment and work well with others.
• Relevant customer service, sales, supply chain or manufacturing experience valued but not required.
• Coursework in chemistry, engineering, mathematics, information technology, operations or supply chain management, advanced degree, and APICS certifications considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders, including order entry to invoicing, customer requests, inquiries, complaints and enter forecasts.
• Analysis of inventory and customer demand.
• Partner with Sales in support of customer needs.
• Manage customer records with customer and internal partners.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Back up colleagues as needed.
• Travel on an infrequent basis in support of sales efforts.
