Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate activities with client manufacturing, sales, and field service.
• Handle customer inquiries including production, delivery, and billing.
• Perform order error resolution and processing for orders.
• Coordinate product selection, order placement, and delivery schedules with customers.
• Proactively improve customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Provide product information, including some technical information when necessary.
