Job summary

Performix in El Paso, TX is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to ensure accurate, timely execution of customer orders across the fulfillment lifecycle, coordinating with Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service.

You will schedule orders, maintain system data integrity in SAP, monitor milestones, and support production planning to meet customer commitments and plant capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required.
• Experience supporting order management, production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion throughout the lifecycle.
• Review, validate, and maintain order information to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Schedule customer orders in alignment with production lead times, plant capacity, and customer requirements.
• Monitor milestone completion and order status within SAP, Symmetry, and other systems.
• Coordinate engineering activities to support timely assignment and completion for customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate customer ship dates to align with production schedules and expectations.
• Utilize capacity planning tools to support production balancing and level loading.
• Prioritize workload, monitor daily order queues, and resolve planning issues to support on-time execution.
• Process customer order authorization requests within established SLAs.
• Coordinate and resolve customer complaint cases across cross-functional teams.
