Keysight Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate to interface with customers, logistics, manufacturing and Sales Field Partners to manage the end-to-end process of pre- and post-sales account activities.

Responsibilities include handling order fulfillment, invoicing issues, and coordinating with accounts receivable, while providing 1-800 support and supporting month-end actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant direct customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Oracle and/or Salesforce experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance multiple high-priority assignments.
• Regular onsite attendance required as an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and Sales Field Partners to handle end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales account management.
• Respond to and assist customers with order fulfillment, end-to-end order management, repairs/ Calibrations, product changes or returns, and contract administration or invoicing issues.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable/collections to resolve invoicing requirements and disputes.
• Assist with quotes and order processing and provide 1-800 phone support to customers.
• Support month-end activities and ensure outstanding customer requests are actioned.
