Job summary

Dana Incorporated, a global leader in driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, seeks a customer service professional in Kentucky. You will process orders, manage ERP/MRP workflows, and coordinate with Shipping, Production, Sales, and Purchasing to meet customer needs.

You’ll develop expertise across product lines, maintain order accuracy, provide timely quotes and lead times, and support continuous improvement in shipping and inventory practices within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account management or manufacturing support
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office
• Ability to work in a team and independently; strong communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Lean principles knowledge (value stream mapping, kaizen) and problem solving
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate order status and handling of customer inquiries
• Process orders/changes per department policies; enter orders in the system
• Expedite orders and provide lead time information
• Maintain accurate order entries and acknowledgements for customers
• Communicate with sales, shipping, production and purchasing to resolve issues
• Identify delivery problems and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution
• Generate reports and data in MRP or MS Office tools
• Support continuous improvement of shipping, inventory management, and quality processes
