The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, project management, and collaboration with vendors, customers, and internal teams. Proficiency with CAD tools and ISO standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field with 3 years related experience.
• Experience with machining and production equipment.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Self‑starter with motivation to complete projects per specified timelines, as well as ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Kaizen & Lean manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Auto CAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AviX, Visio, and MS Project will be helpful.
• Ability to work with vendors, customers, & employees at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• PLC experience is a plus – Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc, Okuma (OSP), and Mori‑Seiki (MAPS).
• IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 preferred.
