Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing clerical role coordinating shipping/receiving preferred.
• Strong MS Office, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication with customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Knowledge of ERP and logistics processes is needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound dock door assignments.
• Coordinate unloading of inbound materials or outbound finished goods.
• Verify condition of all inbound/outbound material.
• Enter receipts into the ERP system (Oracle).
• Collaborate with Material Handlers directing where to move receipted material.
• Assist with locating material in plant if necessary.
• Enter receiving, packing lists, and bills into the computer timely.
• Print barcode labels and attach to products for proper identification.
• Troubleshoot receiving/shipping transactions and Oracle modules when failures occur.
• Apply systematic problem-solving when data is missing or transactions fail.
• Know different types of receiving/shipping transactions and when to use them.
• Observe safety regulations and conduct standards.
• Communicate clearly with internal departments, trucking companies, and customers.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
